Info about Past Osprey Summer Camps (2025)
Osprey Summer Camps are available to Armbrae Families and Community Members. Camps run for the months of June to August and offer a range of exciting summer experiences for all ages.
Our Signature Camp (PP- Gr3) themes will include: Lego, Adventure, STEM, Digging Dinos, Superheroes, Art, and more.
Our Speciality Camps(PP- Gr8) could include: Basketball, Lego Robotics, SportBall and Bike Camp.
Discovery Camps (Gr 4-6) offers a unique and engaging camp experience that fosters independence, leadership, and personal growth. Campers will embark on weekly off-site trips, explore new challenges within camp themes, and develop their leadership skills while having fun. Located on the top floor of the camp, Osprey Discovery provides a special space for campers to relax and bond, while still enjoying activities in the games room, gym, and outdoors. This program is designed to inspire growth, encourage self-confidence, and build lasting memories, all while empowering campers to explore their full potential!
We pride ourselves in small camp sizes, to allow campers a safe and enjoyable experience.

Rock Climbing
Rock Climbing Camp, campers will head to East Peak Climbing for a thrilling rock climbing adventure each day, building strength, confidence, and problem-solving skills as they scale the walls. After an exciting morning of climbing, they’ll return to camp for a variety of fun activities, both indoors and outdoors. Whether they’re conquering new challenges on the wall or enjoying games and creative projects back at camp, this is the perfect experience for young adventurers looking for an action-packed week. Exploring Colors
Campers will dive into a new color each day through creative crafts, painting, games, and dress-up fun. From mixing shades to making vibrant masterpieces, they'll explore the magic of the rainbow in exciting and hands-on ways. Campers will experiment with a wide range of art materials and learn exciting new techniques to bring their imagination to life. Engineering Lego Camp is the perfect place to explore the world of engineering while using your favorite building blocks! Plus, they’ll get a sneak peek into the world of Lego Robotics, laying the foundation for future inventors and builders. SportballCamp (Gr P-PP) Partnership with Sportball Nova Scotia
SportBall Camp will keep children moving and engaged and send them home with new skills from a different sport each day. These well- rounded lessons each day will provide an amazing foundation for a lifetime of active living bundling soccer, baseball, basketball, football, hockey, volleyball, golf and tennis into one comprehensive package.
Sportball is a high energy camp that will be filled with fun & learning for your child. Our professional coaches will progress them through the fundamental skills of a range of sports, working toward game play. Using our non-competitive, educationally-based methodology, our focus will be on having fun, while targeting three key areas of childhood development: sport skills, pro-social skills & motor skills! Our goal is to build your child’s confidence, competence and Physical Literacy!

Welcome to the enchanting world of RoboThink Land! As the newest rollercoaster engineer, your child will embark on a thrilling adventure to create the most incredible amusement park ever! Using motors, axles, gears, and more, they'll bring their imagination to life by designing and constructing a wide variety of thrilling theme park rides. From the majestic Ferris Wheel to the heart-pounding rollercoaster, get ready for a whirlwind of excitement and fun! No prior experience necessary– just come prepared to let your creativity run wild!

At Debate Camp, we provide a fun and inspiring space for youth to develop some timelessly-important skills; to hear opposing views and to confidently articulate their ideas well in the company of others. Debate Camp specializes in parliamentary debate, impromptu and prepared public speaking. We ensure that all program areas are highly interactive and suited to a variety of age groups (grades 5 to 9). Senior Bike Camp is a one-of-a-kind experience designed for older campers to explore our city on bikes. Campers will learn essential bike skills including road safety, proper signaling, and traffic laws, while also tackling hands-on bike maintenance and learning to handle real-world riding situations. Throughout the week, they’ll be challenged to push their limits and accomplish more on their bicycles than they ever thought possible. Led by trained and experienced teachers, camp leaders, and avid cyclists, this camp offers a perfect mix of independence, skill-building, and outdoor fun. Let’s ride!
Debate Camp (Gr 5-9)

Bullseye Adventures Camp (Gr 4-6)
Bullseye Adventures Camp offers an exciting blend of archery and more, where campers will learn the precision and focus it takes to hit the bullseye. Under the guidance of expert instructors from Xlimits Archery and Halimac, they’ll practice their aim, improve their technique, and compete in friendly challenges. But that’s not all—campers will also get to try axe throwing and end the week in the splatter room. We will be partnering with HaliMac and taking the bus to their location each day. Whether you're a beginner or an experienced archer, this camp is all about mastering new skills, making memories, and having a blast! Let’s take aim at a summer full of fun and adventure!

Making Tracks- Bike Camp (Gr 1-4)
Making Tracks Cycling teaches children how to identify bicycle parts, what they and their bikes should be wearing to be safe, bicycle maintenance and repair skills, proper riding safety and skills, safe route mapping and road rules and responsibility, with lots of time to practice and gain confidence in their skill-building. Basketball Camp (Gr 3-6)
Chaz Samuel is basketball skills trainer with years of experience playing the sport at various levels including at the collegiate level in the United States and on the Antigua and Barbuda national team. He's love for basketball has converted into a passion for making an impact in the community while teaching kids the fundamentals of basketball. This program is designed for young athletes from Grades 3-6. It is uniquely designed to progressively teach the fundamentals of basketball and gradually introduce different techniques that will increase their ability to effectively play the sport.
Chaz will be with the camper for the morning and the afternoon will allow campers to be outside and enjoy a small game together foster all the skills they learn each morning.
